Designer & Digital Content Creator Intern H/ F

-Excellent communication and social skills.

- A strong portfolio is a must; show us you know how to create great designs and animations. You need to be up to date with the latest trends.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Interest in digital, social media and innovation.

- Being familiar with web design and with the latest trends in the field. If you know a little of HTML and CSS3, would be appreciated.

- Basic knowledge about CMS to work closely on building the blog while using Webflow.

- Experience with design/animation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

- Knowledge on Google Slides/PowerPoint/Indesign and preparing custom presentations/templates.

- Good organizational skills. You will use different tools to share projects with the team.

- Good level of English.

Also It would be appreciated:

- Knowledge on Sketch, Premiere & After Effects. 

- Knowledge of French.

What will you do?
- You will be the voice of the brand in social networks.
- You will help in the creation of content and manage the social networks of the account to achieve a greater reach and create a relevant community.
- You will create, design and implement original content across marketing channels: social media posts, video, mailing, web articles and infographics.
- You will propose actions, contests or events to generate engagement.
- You will measure the day-to-day performance of the different networks and get all the metrics and analysis necessary to improve on each channel. Also, you will monitor and constantly improve the metrics of different social networks according to the established KPIs.
- You will monitor the activity of the competitors and always look at the trends of the sector.
- Monthly, you will hold meetings with the social media team of each country, to ensure a homogenized strategy across markets.
